1. Acceptance of Terms

All games and betting markets on megaplus use certified random number generators or real-time event data, depending on the game type. Outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform after a bet or game round has commenced.

Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. megaplus reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including cases where an incorrect price was published due to a technical fault — and to refund the stake to your PHP balance.

For sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome as reported by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute about a result, megaplus's decision — made after reviewing available official data — is final.

megaplus operates a fair gaming environment. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors, or engage in collusion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
